Our neighbourhood team provide help and support for all residents. Our team of Neighbourhood Coordinators (NCOs) are focused on ensuring a visable and effective presence in your community.

Each NCO has a full diary of events to engage with customers in our neighbourhoods, listen to their opinions, resolve any issues, combat anti-social behaviour and create safe and peaceful neighbourhoods where people want to live and stay.

Customer Surgeries provide an opportunity for you to drop in and speak to our staff confidentially about any housing or neighbourhood issues.

Estate Audits are carried out by each NCO. During these audits your NCO, along with residents, look out for untidy gardens, abandoned vehicles, litter, vandalism and anything else which may need action. We encourage you to join us on an estate audit in your neighbourhood!   Estate Audits will commence during April 2010, in the meantime please do not hesitate to report any issues to Wulvern customer services on 01270 506200 or Cheshire East Council on 0300 123 55 00 or visit http://www.cheshireeast.gov.uk/

Neighbourhood Action Meetings are public meerings attended by Wulvern, the Police Community Action Team, Highways and Community Wardens. During these meetings you can have your say on how things could be improved in your neighbourhood.
