Since 2003 we have:

• fitted 2,370 new kitchens
• fitted 1,727 new bathrooms
• rewired 1,206 homes
• fitted 3,584 homes with new windows
• installed 1,806 heating systems
• fitted 1,585 homes with new external doors

In 2009-2010 we are investing £6m to improve our homes.

We are committed to further investment, the list of streets that will be included in the improvements for 2009/10 are listed below, these areas we will be concentrating on improving the properties that are in the greatest need. We will write to you if your home is included within the programme. We will be surveying every home to check its condition before deciding whether or not it qualifies for the improvement works.
