annual gas safety check important information

In a few weeks time you will receive an appointment letter from Apollo Heating, this letter will detail a time slot and the date when they intend to carry out the 2010 Annual Landlord's Gas Safety Check on gas heating appliances in your home.

This is different from previous years, this year you will have been allocated a two hour slot rather than just a date when Apollo intend to carry out the check. The four standard pre allocated Apollo time slots will be:

Morning Slots - 8.00am - 10.00am or 10.00am - 12.00noon

Afternoon Slots - 12.00 noon - 2.00pm or 2.00pm - 4.00pm

We have made these changes after recent customer feedback.

Important you can change the appointment by contacting either Apollo or Wulvern to arrange a more convenient time between 8.00am - 4.30pm (Monday - Friday) or 9.00am - 1.00pm Saturday.

We hope this flexibility helps you to allow Apollo access to carry out this statutory Landlords Gas Safety requirement.
