Everyone matters…actively promoting equality, diversity and fairness

At Wulvern we’re committed to treating everyone fairly. To help make sure we do this, we developed and published our ‘Equality and Diversity Strategy and our 'Single Equality Scheme'.

We have also consulted on and published our disability equality plan and our gender equality scheme. Working to the commitments contained in these documents, we will positively promote equality and diversity in all areas of our work and challenge behaviour which does not accord with Wulvern’s values. We will act to these standards with everyone who applies to us for housing, everyone who applies to us for support, every existing tenant and service user, every applicant for a job or contract and every existing staff and Board member. We will also work with our partners, encouraging them to share our commitment to equality and diversity.
