We are different from other landlords in the area because our income gets put back into our homes and services, not paid out to shareholders. Wulvern has successfully delivered a multi million pound improvement programme, resulting in more than 10,700 home improvements for our customers.

Wulvern has earmarked £7 million for improvements to its housing stock in 2011/12, including new kitchens, bathrooms and energy efficient heating systems as well as environmental improvements.  A further £8 million has been identified to build new homes.  This brings the total investment in Crewe and Nantwich to £95 million since 2003.
